There are few women, who could prove themselves and could lead this competitive world in the field of restaurant business that too is not in Mother Land but she proved herself in America.  Such a woman is Mrs. Hema Padmanabhan.  She belongs to Hyderabad and now in Chicago for last 16 years.  She is in the field of restaurant business for the period of last 12 years.

it takes a lot to succeed in any field.  In order to prove their self-worth, one has to work very hard.  She has one daughter and two grandsons.  They stay together.  Being in America they offered a typical Andhra Dishes, which bring the feeling that they having food in Andhra Pradesh.

She offers her guidance and shows directions/path, how to take a lead in their carriers after reaching America.  Such as dedication, persistence and handwork are the personal qualities, which every one needs in order to prove themselves in their fields of interest.  She does help Andharaites, who come all the way from Andhra Pradesh till they get into their jobs such as boarding and lodging.  She offered her help nearly for 300 people. They are well settled now in USA.
